My stay at the hotel was a great experience! The spacious room, though not entirely soundproof, was perfect for my city trip. The lovely bathroom and robes added a touch of luxury to the stay. The hotel service was top-notch, with great restaurant recommendations and attentive staff. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the Forbidden City and right next to Wangfujing Street with its shops, restaurants, and markets. The dining experience was superb, offering a vast selection of delicious foods. Despite the slight noise issue in the room, I had the best of both worlds with easy access to sightseeing and shopping.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although a bit outdated for a Raffles property, had a beautiful suite facing Chang'An Ave. However, it fell short in providing a good night's sleep despite being rather expensive. The service was a mix of wonderful and overly attentive. The location was excellent, near Wangfujing shopping street and a Metro station. Dining, though offering a good variety of food, was on the expensive side. The facilities were impressive, but the value for money could be better.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very large and quiet, with classic furniture and paintings, but they could use some updating as they felt a bit tired and not up to the standard of other Raffles hotels. On the bright side, the location was perfect, just a short walk from Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, with a subway stop right outside. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being unsmiling while others, like Coolio who looked after us throughout our stay, were amazing. The dining experience was good with a vast selection of foods, but it was a bit pricey. Although the facilities were satisfactory, they could do with some improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
